Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by West Coast E-Moto.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days
• Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers or dropshipping partners
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Product availability
• Supplier or manufacturer location
• Customs processing
• Carrier delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping (UK & Other Countries)

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer
• We are not responsible for customs delays or refusals

4. Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Lost or delayed shipments must be addressed with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not refundable.
